EVERY BODY IS DIFFERENT
students' testimonies
"Theresa combines skill, wisdom, passion and compassion in her yoga teaching ⎯ and manages to make her classes fun! I have always been very impressed by how knowledgeable she is and how caring, especially when she continually reminds us in class to bring back our minds to the present moment and focus on our body and breath. In her class you know you are under firm guidance. And as to fun and challenges, she's taught a class dressed as Ganesha, the elephant-human god, complete with a trunk — and four arms!"

"Theresa is a fantastic teacher. When I first started practicing, I was very fearful of injuring myself due to how tight and inflexible I was, and I was altogether leery of trying to learn new ways of movement as I got older. Theresa, however, has a deep understanding of body mechanics and knows how to queue movement very well. Her explanations of how to get into poses and what are safe and unsafe alignments gave me both the knowledge and confidence that I needed in order assuage my fear and practice without worrying whether my form was going to hurt me.
"The calm and focus I've found with her help is practically invaluable."
More than the physical benefits of practice, though, she’s taught me a much greater lesson of how I can use my yoga practice as an allegory for the other tense, stressful situations in the rest of my life. The calm and focus I’ve found with her help is practically invaluable. The day I walked into her class was most fortuitous for me, and I still practice with her whenever I can."
